Ingredients

1 package Maple Premium Pork Sausage

½ cup whipping cream

8 eggs

1 tomato, chopped

2 tablespoon chopped fresh basil

2 teaspoon minced garlic

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Make it with Maple Premium Pork Sausage

Directions

  1. Cook sausage in large skillet over MEDIUM-HIGH heat 8 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Crumble and drain, set sausage aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F. Beat eggs and cream in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour into 6 lightly greased 1-cup ramekins; place in 13x9-inch baking pan. Add 2 cups water to baking pan; carefully place in oven.
  4. Bake 20 minutes or until egg mixture is set in center.
